• provide account access and authentication,
• process uploads and generate transcripts and summaries,
• manage subscriptions, billing, and customer support,
• monitor service reliability, performance, and abuse prevention.

We use service providers to help operate FaithBrief, including cloud hosting and infrastructure providers (such as AWS) and payment processors (such as Stripe). These providers process information on our behalf for service-related purposes.

5. Retention and Deletion

We retain account information, uploaded content, and generated outputs for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate operational, legal, and security purposes. You may request deletion as described below.

FaithBrief is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
