Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FaithBrief, operated by 77 CUBE LLC ("FaithBrief," "we," "us," or "our"). By using FaithBrief, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by:
- violating laws or third-party rights,
- uploading content you do not have rights to use,
- attempting to interfere with or disrupt the service.
3. User Content and Outputs
You retain rights to content you upload. You grant us permission to process that content to provide the service, including generating transcripts, summaries, and related outputs.
Generated outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed by you before publication or distribution.
4. Billing and Subscriptions
Paid features are billed on a subscription basis. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's terms and policies.
Subscription pricing, plan limits, and included features may be updated from time to time. Changes will apply prospectively as permitted by law.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through the billing portal. If canceled, paid access generally remains available through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
6. Intellectual Property
FaithBrief, including software, branding, and site content (excluding your uploaded content), is owned by77 CUBE LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
FaithBrief is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 77 CUBE LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of FaithBrief.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service, our users, or third parties.
10. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in Brown County, Wisconsin, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
